Join our March group training sessions in Delavan, Wisconsin for a chance to achieve your fitness goals in an exciting and challenging environment. Our classes are suitable for individuals of all ages and fitness levels starting from 12 AND.

Our small group training program focuses on bodyweight exercises and dumbbells to help you build strength, endurance, and flexibility. With exercises like squats, lunges, bicep curls, shoulder presses, and rows, you'll be able to get in shape and feel the burn in no time.

For those looking to tone their muscles and improve balance and core strength, our TRX Suspension group training class is perfect. This class is suitable for all fitness levels and features challenging exercises that use your body weight and gravity.

If you're up for a more intermediate and advanced class, join our Tabaata & Hitt group training. We'll use various equipment, including row machines, assault bikes, resistance bands, dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, and mobility and calisthenics exercises to help you achieve your fitness goals. This class includes a Tabata timed workout.

For those interested in kettlebell-based workouts, we offer a different format each week. The focus is on proper form and fundamental KB moves that can be built on. Some weeks will be strength and reps, some weeks circuits, some HIIT with light KBs. Additionally, we offer some boot camp-style workouts.
