Join our Next Gen strength training class specifically designed for young female athletes! Learn the basic fundamentals of moving your body with proper technique and form while getting stronger, all under the supervision of a strength coach with over 10 years of experience in the field. This class is tailored for female athletes aged 9-14 who are eager to enhance their movement and strength for any sport they play. Our primary focus is on technique before adding weight, ensuring a solid foundation for building strong and successful athletes

Cancellation Policy
Please note the following policies regarding personal training sessions: 1. If a client fails to reschedule or cancel a session 24 hours in advance, they will forfeit the session and lose their financial investment for that session. 2. If a client arrives late, their session will still end at the scheduled time, unless they have made other arrangements with the trainer. 3. All personal training sessions must be completed within 30 days of the contract date. Any sessions not completed within this time period will be void. 4. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to relocation, illness, or unused sessions.
