By practicing mindfulness meditation in this way, you can improve your mobility, manage stress, lower your blood pressure, and enhance your overall well-being. Each movement can help elevate your emotional wellness and live a healthier, more balanced life

Cancellation Policy
Please take note of the following policies regarding our group classes: 1. If you do not reschedule or cancel your class at least 1 hour in advance, you will lose the session and your financial investment for that class. 2. If you arrive late, you will only receive the remaining scheduled class time. 3. We do not issue refunds for any reason, including relocation, illness, and unused sessions, for class subscriptions or punch cards. We hope these policies are clear and understandable.
